Personal Accomplishments
In 1987, Desjamebra Julian Robinson, initially received her calling to preach in her first church home, The Goodman Street Church of God; under the leadership of her grandfather, the late (1995) Bishop Julian R. Cox.
Dr. Robinson is a single mother who has been blessed with a beautiful daughter, Ky’Sjae A. Robinson (2006). Over the years God has authenticated her ministry of Spiritual and Psychological wellness. She was licensed to preach in 2007, and ordained to public ministry in 2012, at Elim Christian Fellowship of Rochester, New York under the leadership of Bishop T. Anthony Bronner (Turning the World Upside Down Inc.).
Academic Credentials:
Academically accomplished, she has earned an associate degree in Business Administration (2001). In 2003, She matriculated earning 12 credits in Black Church Studies at Colgate Rochester Crozier Divinity (P.E.A.R.L program). Completing her studies in 2004 she became a licensed cosmetologist.
In 2009, She completed 12 additional credits at Rochester Institute of Christian Education. She also earned the Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College that same year.
She then went on to continue her post graduate studies at Northeastern Seminary, she earned the Master of Arts in Theology (2012). Dr. Robinson later received her Master of Divinity (2014) and her Doctorate of Ministry (2018) in Transformational Leadership with a concentration in Preaching at Colgate Rochester Crozier Divinity School, Rochester NY.

Ministry Accomplishments:
She is the organizer, founder, and facilitator of The Preachers’ Platform Ministry (2011) a para ministry that works with local churches to cultivate the calling of leaders. She is a Myer-Briggs certified Personal & Leadership Development Coach in areas of cultivating spiritual awareness. She authored a book called “I Hope this Helped Someone: A Womanist Response to Spiritual and Psychological Trauma.” Currently She serves as a pulpit supply pastor for various churches who appreciate her gift of prophetic preaching, theological teaching, and life-changing leadership.
